Abstract

The present research aims to examine the efficacy of using chatbots as a means to augment student engagement within the context of remote learning settings. The increasing prevalence of online education has underscored the need for preserving and enhancing student involvement. The objective of this study is to evaluate the effects of integrating chatbots on student engagement levels and investigate the influence of these artificial intelligence-driven technologies on the overall learning experience. The findings of this study have far-reaching consequences for educational institutions that are looking to implement novel approaches in order to improve the quality of distance learning experiences. This research provides significant insights to educators, administrators, and educational technology developers by elucidating the concrete advantages of integrating chatbots. In conclusion, it can be argued that chatbots have the capacity to fundamentally alter the dynamics of distance education, facilitating more profound levels of student participation and interaction within an educational environment that is augmented by technology
